Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tea Forté experience; if you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened products unless there is a quality defect.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Success
Email our support team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unopened tea or teaware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping service of your choice to our designated fulfillment center address provided by our team.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
